Project: Little Lambs Christian Daycare

Little Lambs provides Early Childhood Development services and care to the people of the community Imizamo Yethu in Hout Bay (near Cape Town). Through this project and various partner organisations, SEEDS Trust strives to make these and other services available to as many people as possible to provide hope for the future.

Partner Organisation: iKhaya le Themba

iKhaya le themba offers holistic care and family support for orphaned and vulnerable children as they face the effects of poverty, HIV & AIDS, trauma and learning difficulties. We are located in Imizamo Yethu, a township in Hout Bay.

Partner Organisation: Die Heuwel Speelskool

In 1999 Wilna Cloete and Ursula Triebe began independently with Christian kindergartens around Calitzdorp. From 2011 to 2015, the present-day kindergarten was built with two buildings. The two kindergarten buildings consist of eight classrooms with respective toilets, an office and a kitchen. The Project was funded by equity and donations.

Partner Organisation: True North

True North is a Non Profit Company founded in 2007, prompted by the desire to bring meaningful change to vulnerable and underprivileged communities in South Africa through education, research and the sharing of technology. At the time of inception, True North embarked upon a data gathering exercise aimed at better understanding the challenges faced by vulnerable communities, exploring the framework provided by local and national government, and quantifying the existing capacity within the non-profit sector.

Partner Organisation: Sakhisizwe Youth Development

Sakhisizwe Youth Development Program, is an after school program that offers mentorship, academic support, and healthy living, through sport, life skill workshops, with an emphasis on spirituality and creativity. We aim to develop, and empower young people holistically, with life skills that will help them to make conscious decisions, and be able to unleash their potential to live life to the fullest.
