Little Lambs 5th Construction and Progress Report December 2023

The progress on our construction site cannot be denied. Every day more work is completed. For example, the roof, windows and doors were installed. The outside of the entire building has been plastered and painted, the ceilings in the classrooms and the paint work has been done. The plumbing and electrical work is complete. The outside staircase and the connecting path to Little Lambs have been concreted, the gutters and the railings are installed.

The floors in all 6 classrooms were prepared for the mounting of the vinyl laminate. Beautiful carpentry work installed in all classrooms.

Unfortunately burglar bars and steel doors are a necessity

On Thursday, 14.December 2023 we celebrated the key handover. Elke Zwicker received the keys on behalf of Kinderhilfe-Kapstadt/SEEDS Trust. The official opening ceremony is scheduled for early 2024. Details to follow.
